Mcgee Wright (Roy's Manager: Roy had a long career. He fought for a long time, before he really started training fighters he and I traveled all over the world together.

Roy Jones Jr.: I was beating everyone in every weight class I was in. I had wiped out the Middleweight division. Wiped out the super Middleweight division. Wiped out the Light Heavyweight division. Watcha gonna do?

Mcgee Wright (Roy's Manager: I don't think he was initially really interested in training guys He would always want to help people. He didn't really like that commitment. There would be guys like that would ask him questions or come by the gym whether amateurs or other pros, whether sparring partners and he was always ready to help them. He enjoyed it while he was doing it, but he never thought about it as a career. He started getting more requests. He's got to the point now where he enjoys it and it's a challenge for him. He benefited from it as much as they do and he thinks he can take a world champion and make him even better.

Chris Eubank Jr.(WBA Interim Middleweight Champion): I walk in here every day and there're chickens and dogs and peacocks it's crazy. It's a crazy atmosphere but crazy is what breeds excellence in this sport. Chris Eubank Jr., Roy Jones Jr. we both have a lot to live up to. You have to be crazy, you have to do things out of the ordinary and that's what Roy is. He is not an ordinary trainer. He is the best trainer I've ever had in my lifetime. I wish I had met him when I was 20. Roy is a trainer in the truest sense of the word. He is dedicated he is with you day in day out teaching you and working on the things you need to do to become a better fighter. So yeah it looks like I'm here to stay now. Everything happens for a reason. Yeah, it's really that good. He is dedicated, he is with you day in day out teaching you and working on the things you need to do to become a better fighter. Mike Tyson: I just had won the Heavyweight Championship at the time I was 20 years old, so if I'm 20 how old are you?
Zab Judah: Oh man I was.. six.
Mike Tyson: His father brought me in. They woke them all up. They all came to the room and they were tired.
Zab Judah: He just told us work hard and you will be the champion and look.. later on years to came, I opened for him so many times.

Mike Tyson: As far as me mentoring fighters... I don't know if I'll be able to do that. It's very special, listen.. You have to be a very special person to be a trainer. All great fighters can't be great trainers and all great trainers can't be great fighters. That's very rare. Well, I don't know.. It takes a very special person. I don't think I'm that person yet..
