On July 1st Franchon Crews-Dezurn faces off Savannah Marshall in a match for the undisputed WBA, IBF, WBO and WBC super-middleweight titles live on FITE+ straight from AO Arena in Manchester.
Crews-Dezurn is one of the best female pound-for-pound fighters in the world and reigning undisputed champion since April 2022 when she won the undisputed titles by win over Elin Cederroos. Crews-Dezurn has only one loss - it's at her debut on the professional boxing scene from Claressa Shields.
Marshall is a former Middleweight WBO World Champion, and is seen as the most dangerous puncher in women's boxing, with 10 of her 12 wins coming inside the distance with KO. Her only professional loss is from Claressa Shields, whom Marshall fought in October 2022 for the undisputed world championship dubbed ‘the biggest women's fight in history'.
Two more titles will be on the line in the night - the Commonwealth Silver title where Zak Chelli will take on Mark Jeffers and the and the IBF belt when the unified super-welterweight world champion Natasha Jonas (holder of the IBF, WBO and WBC titles), moves down to welterweight to take on Kandi Wyatt for the IBF belt, in Jonas' bid to become a two-weight world champion.
