Regrettably, Trilogy emerged victorious in both championship clashes. In a devastating blow, the 3-Headed Monsters experienced a heart-wrenching 51-49 defeat against Power in the 2022 Semifinals.

Undeterred by significant roster and coaching changes in 2022, the 3-Headed Monsters confronted the challenge head-on, demonstrating their resilience. Even without the towering presence of Reggie Evans, one of the league's greatest players, they maintained their position at the forefront. Much of their success can be attributed to the meteoric rise of Kevin Murphy, who built upon his Rookie of the Year accolade in 2021, dominating the 2022 season and earning the esteemed title of BIG3 MVP.

The absence of Reggie Evans, a rebounding virtuoso and all-around star, left a void in the team's lineup throughout the 2022 campaign.
